Alex Manchester is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Traffyk.ai.

With over 17 years of experience in employee communication, engagement, digital channels, intranets, and the digital workplace, Alex has a rare blend of expertise in both strategic communications practice and digital technology.

He has worked locally and globally designing and delivering strategic digital capabilities and solutions for a wide range of blue-chip organisations, including Macquarie Group, Westpac, ASB, Lloyds International, News Corp, AMP, and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Most recently, Alex spent more than six years in the employee digital channels and corporate affairs technology functions at Commonwealth Bank, leading the design and implementation of CBA’s new group intranet, One.CBA, which received multiple internal and external industry awards.

With his expertise and understanding of the plethora of digital channels, the cacophony of communications, and the subsequent challenges facing nearly every organisation, Alex is uniquely placed as Co-Founder and CPO to change the game with Traffyk.ai.
