Catriona joins Traffyk.ai in the role of Director of Business Development and Communications. Catriona will bring her extensive experience as a senior strategic communications advisor, advising Boards and senior management. Throughout her career, at leading agencies and in-house in various corporations throughout the US, UK and Australia, she has witnessed the challenges management, leadership teams, and communicators face in implementing impactful employee communications.

Catriona is passionate about business and leaders, how personality and character can shape companies and their culture, and how work communications assist that process. She enjoys working with founders, management teams, and boards as they seek to build enduring stakeholder relationships and help realise their strategic goals.

Catriona started her career as a business reporter at the Sydney Morning Herald. Before joining Traffyk, she worked with C-suite executives, boards and senior management on corporate positioning, issues management, media and executive training, and ESG strategy and communications. She returned to Sydney from Los Angeles at the beginning of 2019 and started consulting as a Director for Nightingale Advisors on strategic communications and Executive Search.

Catriona was previously a Senior Vice President at Teneo in the US. Before moving to the US, Catriona managed External Relations and Sustainability Communications for Origin Energy, Australia’s largest integrated energy company. Before that, she spent ten years as an Associate Partner at Brunswick Group and two years as the Director of International Corporate Communications for Warner Bros. Entertainment.
